Elmo Baking Co. Loyalty Card Program Complete Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview
1.1 Purpose:
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Elmo Baking Co. Loyalty Card Program (the "Program").
1.2 Program Objective:
The Program aims to reward and incentivize customer loyalty and engagement through the accumulation and redemption of reward points.
1.3 Eligibility:
1.3.1: Participation in the Program is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and a legal Canadian resident.
1.3.2: Employees of Elmo Baking Co. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
1.3.3: Elmo Baking Co. reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership in the Program at any time.
2. Earning Reward Points
2.0 Loyalty Card is restricted to 1 per household. The person using the Loyalty Card for the household is the Participant.
2.1 Earn 1 point when you order at Elmo Baking Co.’s Online Store for any amount. Participant will receive a stamp from an employee of Elmo Baking Co at the time of pick up. The purchase of e-Gift Cards are excluded from the Program.
2.2 Earn 1 point when the Participant purchase at least 1 beverage with at least 1 pastry/dessert in store.
2.3 A maximum of 1 point can be earned per day per Participant.
2.4. Earning points cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounted items.
2.5 Point Accumulation: Loyalty Card must be present at the time of pick up or purchase to earn a point. For clarity, no points can be earned unless the Participant’s Loyalty Card is available to be stamped by an employee of Elmo Baking Co.
2.6 Point Expiration: Points do not expire.
2.7 Point Transfer: Points cannot be transferred, assigned, or inherited by another Participant
2.8 Point Non-Monetary Value: Points do not have any monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
2.9 Point Non-Divisibility: Points cannot be divided or split.
2.10 Point Non-Refundability: Points cannot be refunded.
3. Redeeming Rewards
3.1 Reward can be redeemed when a Participant completes a Loyalty Card by collecting 10 points
3.2 The Reward is either 1 free beverage or 1 free pastry/dessert which will be the least expensive item on the transaction in which the Reward is being claimed.
3.3 Elmo Baking Co. reserves the right to exclude certain items from the Program without notice.
3.4 Redemption Process: Reward can be redeemed at the next visit after earning the 10th point and the Participant must surrended a completed Loyalty Card with 10 points.
3.5 Redemption Limitations: Reward is limited to only what is available and in stock the day of redemption.
4. Program Changes
4.1 Amendments: Elmo Baking Co. may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
4.2 Notice: Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Program website.
4.3 Continued Participation: Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.
4.4 Termination: Elmo Baking Co. may terminate the Program at any time.
4.5 Termination Notice: In the event of termination, it will be posted on the Program website.
4.6 Unredeemed Points: Upon termination of the Program, any unredeemed points will be forfeited.
5. General Terms
5.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
