Specifically you: 

- desire to be part of a movement to help create happy families and communities and;
- want to work in an environment where you are valued and can grow professionally and personally and;
- enjoy serving others and making them happy with delicious food and drink and;
- have a passion for baking evidenced by graduating from a professional baking program and/or have relevant work experience and;
- can reliably travel to the workplace understanding that the job necessitates untraditional working hours.
